What does ‘Out of Network’ mean?

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Cregar Dental can accept dental insurance be aware, we are an “Out of Network” provider, so what does that means for you.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Out of network (OON) means that we are not in the preferred provider organization (PPO)  that your insurance company allows.
As long as you are able to go to an out of network provider, we can submit your claim. If you are not able to go out of network, you will have to choose an in network provider to receive insurance benefits. Please know your dental insurance. Most plans are available online and benefit providers include a customer service number on the card.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]So why do we do this?
Insurance companies negotiate fees and services they pay for. This can lead to some practices focusing on quantity not quality of service. We choose not negotiate our fees. This helps us keep our fees down, and we can spend as much time with you as needed. We strive to make patients feel comfortable and not rushed.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]How does out of network differ at Cregar Dental?
At the time of your visit you are required to make payment. We submit all insurance claims the same day. Most claims go electronically. We appreciate you coming to our office, so we make sure that you get reimbursed as quickly as possible.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image img_size=”full” alignment=”center” image=”id^1419|url^http://www.cregardental.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/dental-insurance.jpg|caption^null|alt^null|title^dental insurance|description^null”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
